SERVICE TERMS

 

1. Jankas Tanker AS at this moment grants the User anon-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Service, under the conditions of these Terms & Conditions and for the duration of the Agreement.
2. The use of the Service is at the User's own expense and risk. The User is responsible for meeting the technical and functional requirements and using the electronic communication facilities that are necessary to be able to access and use the Service. The User will at all times bear the risk of loss, theft or damage to any of its data.
3. Acceptance of application form is at sole discretion of Jankas Tanker AS. If the application is rejected, then full fees will be refunded.
4. Fees once paid shall be refunded if regrets within a 14 days period of admitting the courses.
5. Change of address or mail addresses should be informed immediately to Jankas Tanker AS as this is the responsibility of the student. Students not getting study material on time should inform immediately to Jankas Tanker AS.
6. Jankas Tanker AS has made every effort to ensure that the contents of the study material are correct. However, Jankas Tanker AS accepts no responsibility for any errors, omissions or damage caused as an effect thereof.
7. Since all the courses are updated on a regular basis,  is subject to change without any prior notice.
8. Students who do not pay their installment fees will not be sent study material until dues are cleared. They shall not be allowed to appear in examination.
9. Specialisation modules will be sent to Professional Diploma Students Only. The Students can choose any one Specialisation as per their choice.
10. Fast and Super-Fast Track are available to students who have paid full fees.
11. Students can access our courses videos for one year. 
12. Disputes, if any, subject to competent forum and courts of Indore jurisdiction only.

Jankas Tanker AS will have the right (but not the obligation), at its sole discretion, to review, edit, limit, refuse or remove Content, or to limitor refuse the User access to the Service. More specifically in the event the use of the Service, according to us, violates these Terms of Use.

 

We May disclose the User's Personal Data or Content, or other data relating to the use of the Service, to third parties where it believes, in good faith, that it is necessary to comply with a court order, ongoing judicial proceeding, criminal or civil subpoena, or other legal process or to exercise its constitutional rights of defense against legal claims.

 

 

PRICE AND PAYMENT

If you do not hold an account in the relevant currency you may pay by debit or credit card (or any other method that Jankas Tanker AS may introduce from time to time) and your card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at their current rate.

2. Jankas Tanker AS reserves the absolute right to accept or refuse any payment made in any form.
3. Jankas Tanker AS cannot guarantee that a particular course will always be available.
4. To maximise security Jankas Tanker AS does not hold any credit/debit card details. They are held by third party payment providers.
5. Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the Order. Your statutory rights are unaffected by these Terms.
